Drove by this place so many times on the way to BigHouse Tobacco and other places. Stopped in tonight and it was amazing. 92 outside and nice and cool inside. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress Dee, did an amazing job 😊😁. Super friendly and attentive. The food was great! Wings were out of this world. I had a cheese steak it was excellent. Can't wait to go back and try more food!!!

My first time at downtown benny's and was thoroughly impressed. Food just as good as peckville and green ridge but the interior has a but more space and bigger tvs. Also, the service phenomenal. Ended up with a drink order asked for by 2 different servers within seconds of sitting down and the waitress Taylor was incredibly nice, friendly and attentive. She answered a few questions i had about some downtown spots and events i wanted to check out and she gave dead on description of beer i tried. Parking oddly also easier to get than the other locations which is odd for a downtown spot.

If you’re heading to Benny’s Bar, make sure you grab a seat with Alex—truly the best bartender ever. From the second you walk up, Alex creates such a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that makes the whole experience stand out. Drinks are always made perfectly, service is incredibly fast, and the vibe is just unbeatable. What really sets Alex apart is the attention to every customer—whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, you feel taken care of. Great conversation, awesome recommendations, and a genuine passion for what they do. Easily one of the best bar experiences I’ve ever had—highly recommend stopping by and seeing Alex!

I don’t know how you mess up chicken tenders and fries, but ordered delivery fries came completely bland no flavor at all as well as the chicken tender not to mention I ordered three of their sauces cause I wanted to try them. The sauces came with piles of ingredients on top of it, not even mixed . Bland and lazy work . Fried perfectly though lol smh never again , one and done

The chicken bites were really good, though mine came out a bit cold compared to the other order. The buffalo sauce bites were tasty, but I’d definitely recommend the boom boom sauce! Their seasonal draft pumpkin beer was amazing—highly recommend it. Service was okay, but we were asked to stand up and move after being seated to accommodate another group, which was a bit inconvenient. The one-pound order of chicken bites was a lot, so we took some home. It’s a family-friendly spot even though they serve drinks, and I’d come back to try sitting at the bar next time.
